Prof. dr. ir. Tiedo Tinga is presently chairing the Dynamics based Maintenance group at the University of Twente and is also associate professor Maintenance Technology at the Netherlands Defence Academy. He is leading research programs at both institutes on predictive maintenance, reliability engineering and maintenance optimization.
